Requirements

• 8+ years supporting enterprise unified communications, workplace technology, or enterprise infrastructure
• Expertise in enterprise voice and conferencing systems
• Expertise in conference room and workplace AV systems
• Networking fundamentals including QoS and media optimization
• Troubleshooting complex communication and media issues
• Experience supporting large-scale global environments and fast-paced growth
• Experience managing communication infrastructure for office buildouts and deployments
• Experience with automation and scripting tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
