Requirements

• Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise sales environments
• Recognised automotive domain expertise expanding strategic automotive/OEM accounts in Germany
• Proven success selling data, analytics, big data, AI or technical cloud software in multi-stakeholder, multi-year cycles
• Ability to identify high-impact data and AI use cases and engage key buying centres
• Strong understanding of consumption-based, land-and-expand models to drive sustained account growth
• Demonstrated ability to create and shape demand translating customer priorities into measurable business value
• Disciplined use of MEDDPICC, account planning, Value Selling or Command of the Message with strong forecasting
• Track record building executive-level champions and cross-functional account teams
• Experience developing and executing partner strategies to extend reach and accelerate deals
• Willing and able to travel to customer sites and events regionally and internationally
• Fluent in German and English with credibility to engage senior stakeholders up to C-level
