Requirements
- 6+ years as SRE, DevOps, CRE, Production Engineer or similar
- 2+ years leading engineers with mentorship and coaching responsibilities
- Production experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and Docker, Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging and alerting tools
- Ability to architect monitoring solutions correlating metrics, logs and traces
- Proficiency in Python with ability to build production automation tools
- Experience owning incident lifecycle from detection to post-mortem
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional influence
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
