Requirements
- 5+ years engineering experience including as tech lead or senior engineer driving projects end-to-end
- Strong hands-on depth designing systems, writing code, and architecting large-scale distributed services
- Experience with large-scale distributed services including testing, monitoring, and SLAs
- People management or tech lead experience and ready to lead direct reports
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders on competing priorities and balance delivery vs stability
- BS or higher in Computer Science or related field
