Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience leading consumer product management for web or mobile products
• Experience launching recommendation systems, personalization engines, or content discovery surfaces
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B testing programs to drive engagement
• Experience partnering with machine learning engineering, UX research, and design teams
• Experience building conversational AI interfaces, in-chat guidance, or proactive assistant products
• Experience scaling horizontal platform models and frameworks adopted by internal partner teams
• Experience navigating 0-to-1 product development for dynamic zero-states, feeds, or activity streams
• Experience translating exploratory user interactions into structured, multi-turn task completion
