Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, related field or equivalent practical experience
• 1 year experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or agent-based systems
• 1 year experience with LLM post-training, alignment, or generative model development in industry lab
• Experience with reinforcement learning for LLM post-training
