- Experience working with policy considerations to design safe AI experiences
- Experience vibe-coding and developing AI-powered prototypes
- Experience training and tuning LLMs or other generative AI
- Experience gathering data to identify patterns and create actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
