Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in software development, systems programming, or applied ML engineering
• 5 years of experience designing and launching large-scale production software products or foundation AI systems
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products with full-stack development
• 3 years of experience leading software design and architecture for high-throughput distributed systems
• 3 years of experience with performance, system architecture, data analysis, visualization and debugging
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics or related field preferred
• Experience developing, evaluating or serving LLMs, agentic workflows, multimodal pipelines or AI runtime APIs preferred
