Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with AI or API-driven products
• Experience selling to telecommunications companies including wireless, broadband, cable and service providers
• Established network and strong relationships across the telecommunications industry
• Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience selling to technical buyers and business buyers across CX, Care, Operations, Digital and Marketing
• Ability to translate customer business needs into solutions delivering measurable value
• Proficiency navigating enterprise procurement, security, legal and technical validation processes
• Strong executive presence with C-suite relationships and willingness to travel frequently
• Comfort operating in early-stage, high-growth environment with ambiguity
• Passion for voice and audio AI and its potential to transform telecom customer experience
