Requirements
- 7-11 years experience in value-selling technology products, ideally Customer Experience
- Network in IN CX, Support and BPO industry with experience selling to CXOs
- Proven ability to generate self-led pipeline and close deals
- Own full customer lifecycle from onboarding to farming for multi-X growth
- Experience building new category or product with no prior penetration
- Analytical, proficient with spreadsheets, presentations and demos
- Proficient in English and deep knowledge of IN CX market
