Requirements

• 10+ years in account management or post-sales roles in SaaS, ideally with Western Europe accounts
• 5+ years direct people leadership managing AMs, driving team quota and developing talent
• Player-coach mindset, comfortable directly managing key accounts while leading others
• Proven success exceeding renewal, expansion and NRR goals
• Expertise in CS methodologies including success planning, adoption frameworks and ROI storytelling
• Strong analytical and operational skills using data to forecast and optimize workflows
• Technical acumen to enable team on product capabilities, integrations and data insights
• Builder mindset thriving building from scratch with AI-first approach
• Proficiency in German or French required
