Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management for complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools or AI/ML products in UK & Ireland
• Proven ownership of a defined book of business with revenue quota, renewals and cross-sell
• Experience working across the UK & Ireland market with knowledge of landscape and cultural nuances
• Familiarity building and deploying AI agents
• Familiarity with API integrations and navigating SDKs
• Builder mindset thriving in ambiguity to drive regional revenue outcomes
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product and Marketing
• Strong problem-solving, technical and analytical skills with excellent communication and relationship building
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in remote/distributed team; fluent in English
