Analytical builder who loves scaling enablement with AI automation and thrives running live sessions. You think in systems, partner easily cross-functionally, and get energized creating adoption programs from scratch.

Requirements

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar at an AI-native or highly technical company with large low-touch book
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Track record building adoption programs from scratch: onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, self-serve content
• Systems thinker who builds automations and workflows with AI tools to scale
• Extremely analytical, using trends and data gaps to drive strategy and best practices
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority with Account Management, FDE, RevOps and GTM
• Experience managing high-volume mid-market or commercial book at scale
• Must be fluent in English
