Analytical builder who loves creating scalable enablement from scratch and running live workshops. Creative systems thinker, fluent in English and Mandarin, excited to shape a new evolving role.

Requirements

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content
• Systems thinker who scales and automates with AI tools and workflows
• Extremely analytical, identifies trends and untracked data points to close gaps and change strategy
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority across Account Management, FDE, RevOps and GTM
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
