Ideal candidate

Analytical builder with deep experience in adoption or enablement who loves scaling programs with AI automation and live workshops. Creative, systems-minded self-starter excited to build a new function and drive customer time-to-value.

Requirements

• 8+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar at an AI-native or highly technical company with large low-touch book
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Track record building adoption programs from ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, self-serve content
• Think in systems and build automations/workflows with AI tools to scale
• Extremely analytical: identify trends, close gaps, surface opportunities and new insights
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority with Account Management, FDE, RevOps and GTM
• Experience managing high-volume mid-market or commercial book at scale
• Fluency in English essential, fluency in French, Spanish, German or Polish desirable
