Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs or enterprise growth at an AI-native or highly technical company
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- Track record building adoption programs from scratch: onboarding tracks, playbooks, self-serve content
- Systems thinker who scales and automates workflows using AI tools
- Extremely analytical, using trends and data to close gaps and shape strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority across GTM teams
- Experience managing high-volume mid-market or commercial book of business at scale
- Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
