Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar at AI-native company

- Track record building adoption programs from scratch: onboarding tracks, playbooks, self-serve content
- Systems thinker who builds automations and workflows with AI tools
- Extremely analytical, using trends and data to close gaps and shape strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
- Experience managing high-volume mid-market or commercial book at scale
