Requirements

• Experience in billing operations, revenue operations, finance operations or similar role supporting B2B customers
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing platform including subscriptions, invoices, credits and coupons
• Experience translating closed-won deals and order forms into correct billing configurations
• Strong attention to detail with record of catching discrepancies before customers notice
• Ability to read contracts and spot gaps against provisioning requests
• Experience reconciling billing data to finance records and supporting month-end close
• Comfort working with Salesforce as source of truth for deals
• Clear written communication and ability to work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Engineering
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing high volume of accounts
