Requirements
- Law degree and qualification to practice law in Brazil
- Native-level Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred
- 7+ years relevant post-qualification legal experience, in-house tech or SaaS preferred
- Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection and IP
- Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity and cross-border data transfers
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
