Requirements
- Law degree and qualification to practice law in India
- 7+ years relevant post-qualification legal experience, in-house technology or SaaS strongly preferred
- Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection and intellectual property
- Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity and cross-border data transfer issues
- Experience working for US-based or global multinational out of India with customers in and outside region
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and tight deadlines
