Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading Strategy & Operations or BizOps at a high-growth tech company, ideally through Series B-D scale
- Track record of standing up functions and systems from scratch and handing them off cleanly
- Structured problem-solving background via strategy consulting, BizOps, Chief of Staff or similar operator role
- Strong AI and tooling fluency, pushing the organisation on AI enablement
- Exceptional stakeholder management with founders and leads in flat, high-velocity environments
