Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Direct enterprise customer experience preferred
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record owning complex, ambiguous projects
- Adaptability across customer environments and industries
- Familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems
