Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, enterprise experience preferred
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and navigating enterprise sales cycles
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, simplifying complex technical concepts
• Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
• Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
• Familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks
• Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish and deep understanding of regional nuances
