Requirements

• 3+ years working with customers in a technical capacity, enterprise experience preferred
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and navigating enterprise sales cycles
• Basic Python proficiency and API integration familiarity to prototype and demo
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
• Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects with delivered results
• Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude with LLMs, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish with deep regional and cultural understanding
