Requirements
- 3+ years working with customers in a technical capacity, enterprise preferred
- Experience in product development, delivery and change management
- Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic Python and API integration skills to prototype and demo
- Excellent communication and problem-solving, simplifying complex concepts
- Track record owning complex, ambiguous projects to results
- Adaptable across industries, customer environments and use cases
- Familiarity with LLMs, tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Fluency in English and Italian with deep regional understanding
