Requirements

• 3+ years working with customers in a technical capacity, enterprise preferred
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles
• Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects
• Adaptability across customer environments and industries
• Familiarity with LLMs, tooling and AI agent frameworks
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish with regional cultural understanding
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsites
