Requirements
- 3+ years working with customers in a technical capacity, enterprise experience preferred
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects
- Adaptability across customer environments and industries
- Familiarity with LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems
- Fluency in English and Korean with regional cultural understanding
