Requirements

• Deep ASC 740 expertise at a multinational - provision, deferreds, valuation allowance, UTPs, rate rec and footnote disclosure
• Experience owning US federal and multistate compliance calendar including returns, extensions and estimates
• Working knowledge of US international provisions and how they flow into the provision
• Experience managing Big 4 or equivalent providers and working directly with external auditors
• Built or operated SOX controls over tax or supported a first SOX implementation
• CPA
