Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading ER cases including performance management, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries
• Ideally experienced in a fast-growing company
• Strong judgment handling sensitive issues with discretion, clarity and fairness
• Solid working knowledge of employment law principles and working with counsel
• Skilled in clear, defensible documentation and coaching leads
• Comfortable moving fast and shifting priorities without losing rigour
• Comfortable building process as well as running cases
• Experience supporting globally distributed, multi-jurisdiction teams is a plus
