Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries, ideally in a fast-growing company
• Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness
• Solid working knowledge of employment law principles and comfort working alongside in-house and outside counsel
• Skilled in writing clear, defensible documentation and coaching leads through hard conversations
• Comfortable moving fast and staying agile, shifting priorities quickly as cases and the business change, without losing rigour
• Comfortable building process as well as running cases, as the ER function is still being built
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams or multi-jurisdiction environments is a strong plus
