• Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams
• Strong technical background to architect integrations with existing customer solutions
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Proficiency in Python with understanding of software development, architecture and integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
• Fluency in English and Portuguese with deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
