Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Strong technical background architecting integrations between solutions and existing customer systems
• Proficiency in Python with understanding of software development, architecture and integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
• Fluency in English and Mandarin with deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
• Passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products
