• Strong organisational skills managing competing priorities, shifting timelines and stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information
• Able to flex between senior leadership support and broader operational needs
• Personable relationship-builder trusted across the organisation
• Natural reflex for tooling and automation; fluent with AI tools and quick to adopt systems
• High personal standards and care for quality of output
• Valid passport and willingness to travel globally ~40% of the time
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus
