• Able to flex between senior leadership support and wider team operational needs
• Personable relationship-builder trusted across the organisation
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and quick to adopt new systems
• High personal standards and care for quality of output
• Valid passport and willingness to travel globally ~40% of the time
• Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken, Portuguese a plus
