Requirements

• Built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions
• Ran an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company and turned numbers into executive/board narrative
• Strong commercial judgment thinking in unit economics and gross profit with recommendations that get implemented
• Hands-on with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar, comfortable with SQL and data warehouse, uses AI tools daily
• Bonus: usage-based revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team
