Requirements

• Have shipped and owned a well-designed consumer product from zero to real users, across frontend and backend
• Understand systems deeply enough to spot when a PR is wrong, insecure or needlessly complex
• Show excellent product judgement: know the most valuable thing to build, and what not to build
• Work autonomously with minimal direction, and take responsibility for fixing problems as you find them
• Have a real interest in music, or in the people who make it
