Requirements

• Highly creative and experimentation-driven with extensive experience running and optimizing data-driven growth campaigns, ideally for SMB or prosumer products
• Familiarity with SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing and organic social, plus how SMBs discover and buy software
• Strong grasp of self-serve funnels: signup, onboarding, activation and conversion to paid
• Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and bias toward action and automation
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability for outcomes and systems
• Relentless commitment to excellence with high bar for quality, clarity and impact
