Requirements

• Track record running high-velocity experimentation programs end-to-end with measurable revenue impact
• Experience running experiments beyond marketing site including in-product onboarding, activation and pricing/monetization
• Deep analytics fluency diagnosing funnel drop-off and attributing outcomes across multi-domain journeys
• Strong statistical literacy sizing tests and choosing revenue and subscription-based success metrics
• Cross-functional operator able to align paid media, design, engineering and product around shared roadmap
• Bonus: front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React to build test variants
• Bonus: experience optimizing PLG/self-serve alongside sales-assisted funnels
