Ideal candidate

Analytical, high-velocity operator who loves finding revenue hidden in funnel data and shipping rapid tests across marketing and product. You align teams around one roadmap and communicate impact in revenue, not clicks.

Requirements

• Track record running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end with measurable revenue impact
• Experience running experiments beyond marketing site: in-product onboarding, activation and pricing/monetization
• Deep analytics fluency in PostHog, Amplitude, GA4 to diagnose funnel drop-off and attribute multi-domain journeys
• Strong statistical literacy: sizing tests, avoiding false winners, choosing revenue and subscriptions as metrics
• Cross-functional operator able to align paid media, design, engineering and product around optimization roadmap
• Bonus: front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React to build test variants
• Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted demo/contact-sales funnels
