Requirements
- Ability to operate in US Eastern (GMT-5, GMT-4) time zones
- Experience developing training materials and e-learning content
- Experience building and running team operations such as OKR and roadmap tracking
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards, trackers and reporting processes
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as WorkRamp
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents to automate tasks and improve processes
