Requirements

• Have built enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers or technical teams
• Learn technical products quickly and can explain them to technical and commercial audiences
• Can run a program end to end including learning platforms, timelines, stakeholders and reporting
• Can lead a session or workshop in front of sellers and engineers
• Have strong instructional design skills turning expert content into courses, labs and assessments
• Enjoy turning repeat work into automations, tools and agents
• Have excellent communication skills and can adapt message to different audiences
