Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech
• Experience hiring for quota-carrying sales roles; sales background a plus
• Track record closing talent across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations
• Comfortable managing high-volume, complex searches with quality and urgency
• Strong stakeholder partnership and data-driven influence with hiring leaders
• Exceptional communication and candidate experience skills
• Thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environment across time zones
• Middle East recruiting experience, networks and cultural fluency a plus; Arabic a plus
