Ideal candidate

An entrepreneurial, mission-driven leader who loves building government businesses from scratch and leading from the front on large strategic pursuits.

Requirements

• 15+ years in technology sales or business leadership with at least 10 years in public sector markets
• Experience leading government sales teams and hiring/developing ICs and managers
• Proven track record securing large ARR strategic contracts with government agencies
• Experience building a public sector business unit at a technology company, ideally early/growth stage
• Deep knowledge of federal, state and education procurement, funding and vehicles including GSA Schedule, GWACs and IDIQs
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, IL5, ITAR and FOCI mitigation
• Experience selling cloud, AI or advanced technology to government
• Executive credibility and established network across agencies, SIs and public sector partners
• Comfort staying hands-on in deals while building the team and playbook
