Requirements

• Strong hands-on background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or DevOps-adjacent role with automation-first mindset and enterprise-scale experience
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) with Okta and Google Workspace
• Expertise with Mobile Device Management (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet) across a device fleet
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) automating compliance checks, device configuration and IT security tasks
• Experience managing office network equipment (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti) including office buildouts
• Proven ability to maintain SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance with friendly, end-user-focused attitude
• Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment
