Requirements
- Friendly, end-user focused attitude with genuine enjoyment helping people solve problems
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Solid IT fundamentals including macOS, iOS and Android, networking basics, SaaS tooling and AV systems
- Hands-on experience with an MDM platform such as Jamf, Kandji or Fleet
- Experience with Okta or similar IdP including SSO, MFA and user/group management
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a knack for helpful documentation
