- 7+ years in legal operations with experience leading the function
- Previous experience at a high-growth technology or AI company
- Deep expertise in legal technology including CLM, e-billing and matter management
- Experience supporting global teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines
- Strong communicator who collaborates well cross-functionally
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed, high-trust environment
