Requirements

• Experience supporting leaders and teams through people topics such as performance, coaching, growth, and team change
• Strong coaching skills, with the confidence to guide managers through difficult conversations
• Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information
• Comfortable with both partnership and hands-on execution when needed
• Comfortable working with leaders across different timezones and cultures; globally distributed teams experience a plus
• Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams
