Requirements

• Experience supporting leaders and teams through performance, coaching, growth, and team change
• Strong coaching skills to guide managers through difficult conversations
• Strong judgment handling sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity, ambiguous environment and decide with incomplete information
• Comfortable with partnership and hands-on execution when needed
• Comfortable working with leaders across timezones and cultures; globally distributed teams a plus
• Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams
