Requirements

• Experience supporting senior leaders and teams across performance, relations, coaching, growth, restructuring and organizational design
• Hands-on organizational design experience including spans and layers, team structures and succession planning
• Experience guiding leaders and teams through change such as restructures, team moves or new ways of working
• Strong judgment handling sensitive issues with discretion, clarity and fairness
• Comfortable working with Employee Relations and employment counsel on sensitive cases
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity ambiguous environment and decide with incomplete information
• Comfortable owning strategic partnership and hands-on execution for North America and LATAM
• Experience partnering with teams in North America and LATAM and regional employment norms is a plus
