Requirements

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering or related media fields
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams or technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity and performance nuance
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
